Welcome to Luxe & Neat. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide professional organizing services, including but not limited to home organization, decluttering, space planning, and consulting. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

2. Service Agreements

Each client must sign a service agreement detailing the scope of work, duration, and fees. This agreement ensures mutual understanding and expectations regarding the services provided.

3. Payment & Fees

Fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule using accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, Venmo, Zelle). Deposits may be required to secure bookings.

4. Booking Deposit
A deposit equal to 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be credited toward your total fee as outlined in the service agreement. In the event of cancellation, the treatment of the deposit shall be subject to Section 5 and any applicable provisions under California law.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: No charge.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment: A fee of 50% of the session price will be applied.

  • Session price: $300 (cancellation fee: $150). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the service agreement.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We strive to provide high-quality organizing services, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for their own belongings and decisions regarding item retention or disposal. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims resulting from our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
