We tackle the time-consuming process of pulling out and sorting all your belongings. You’re welcome to be present for this phase or come in once or twice per session to make final decisions about what items stay vs. go.

Best of all, we get rid of the clutter for you by offering haul-away services so you can relax in your clutter-free space immediately.


Organize + Style

We create personalized organizing solutions that reflects your style and fit seamlessly into daily routine, making your space both beautiful and functional.

Your belongings are handled with care, and everything is given a designated, labeled home—so you can move through your busy day without unnecessary searching.

With expert product recommendations, we know exactly what will work best for your space.


Maintain

Our monthly or bi-weekly maintenance sessions aim to refresh and enhance previously organized spaces. During these sessions, we tidy up each area, addressing any clutter that may have accumulated since our last visit. Additionally, we assess the evolving needs of our clients, adding necessary products or labels to optimize functionality and maintain organization. Our goal is to ensure that our client's spaces remain aligned with their lifestyle, promoting a sense of calm and efficiency. This service is a monthly or bi-weekly membership exclusively offered to past Luxe & Neat clients who desire recurring visits to maintain year-round organization.


Packing + Unpacking

We carefully organize and pack your belongings for a smooth, stress-free move. Every item is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely at your new home—without lifting a finger. Once you arrive, we take care of the unpacking and organization, giving everything a designated place so you can settle in effortlessly and enjoy your space from the day one.

The Details

  • All project days are conducted in six-hour sessions led by Thaisa.

  • Labor hours needed are based on three elements: size of the space, contents in the space, and client wants.

  • Our packages start at $300 for a 6 hour project.

  • Sessions are typically scheduled from 9am to 3pm

  • Projects are typically scheduled anywhere between two to six weeks in advance.

  • We are able to haul one vehicle worth of standard donations and recycling from the project with no additional fee. Items we cannot take are trash, large furniture, infant products, paints, house materials and mattresses.
