Each space is different, and the speed of organization depends on several factors, including how quickly you can make decisions and the size and scope of the project. That said, we have a ton of tricks up our sleeves that ensure every session is as productive as possible. You will be surprised how quickly you’ll start to see some major differences and transformations

It is entirely up to you how hands-on or hands-off you want to be!
However, we recommend that you be present during the decluttering process so that we can determine what to keep, toss, or donate. Once we know this, we can easily do the rest without you being home.

We will not throw anything out without the client's permission. We help the client make decisions, giving you thoughts and advice on what to keep, toss, and donate. The ultimate decision is always theirs. If your clutter is interrupting the daily flow of your life and preventing you from living as efficiently as you could, then those items may need to be re-homed. We’d be happy to take any items you’d like to donate to a local donation center for you. If there are things you no longer need, we can responsibly dispose of them, except for large furniture pieces.

On average, we book 2-3 weeks out. If you have a specific date in mind (for example, a move-in date) we recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible so you have priority on date selection. If you need your project scheduled sooner, we will do our best to accommodate.

We are happy to use your product if it fits the space well and works for the system we create. If it does not work in that particular space, we will make suggestions on where it can be repurposed (for example, a bin may not be a good fit for your pantry but could work well in a bathroom). We then fill in with the organizing product we bring with us to the project to optimize the space.
