All of our organizing projects follow a structured 5-step method designed to create a seamless and lasting transformation
1. Clear the Space
We begin by removing all items from the space, ensuring a clean slate for the organization process.
2. Categorize and sort
Items are grouped into categories, allowing us to assess the contents and create an efficient system.
3. Decide: Keep, toss, or donate
Each item is evaluated to determine if it should be kept, discarded, or donated. The client is more than welcome to be involved in this phase.
4. Implement Organizational Solutions
We implement storage solutions that fit both the space and its contents, ensuring proper containment. Frequently used items are placed in prime locations, and clear labels are added for long-term maintenance.
5. Final Walkthrough & Client Feedback
We do a final walkthrough with the client to explain the implemented systems, show where everything is stored, and gather feedback.
